Ask Dr. Ding

I am an avid reader of Skwigg’s website and blog (see Links), and credit Her Royal Skwigginess with introducing me to the joys of carrying my lunch in a Mr. Bento. I ordered mine from amazon.com after reading about it on her website. Apparently bento box lunches are all the rage in Japan, and after clicking here I’m sure you can see why: built-in portion control, aesthetic appeal, handy heating and/or cooling of your lunchalicious items. The Mr. Bento also, I believe, promotes a certain amount of forethought regarding nutrition, as you don’t have enough room to waste your choices on non nutrient-dense foods like rice cakes and Wonderbread.
